How to have a flat tummy in three months
1) I handled my sweet tooth once and for all: Yup! I literally did only sweet things in the past; candies, biscuits, ice-cream you name it. I struggled with this for a while before I sought help. After a lot of research I decided to use Gymnema sylvestre capsules to dull my palate to sweet taste in addition to conscious efforts to stay off sugary things. With this alone I saw noticeable results and I felt much better. Another supplement that can help with sugar cravings is L-glutamine. It is also very important to know that some deficiencies can manifest as sugar cravings e.g: magnesium, zinc, and protein. 3) Stay Hydrated: Start your day with at least a glass of water, In fact for me this is so important that even if I had a healthy snack first before water I still felt bloated. Make sure you stay hydrated through out the day and don't wait to feel thirsty before you drink water.You can also have an idea on the estimated volume of water you should drink per day using some apps on your phone. 4) Snack on fruits: Literally everyone talks about the importance of fruits and they are right. Having the proper set of fruits per day is a good de-bloating tip and it helps take off inches from that muffin top, but be careful not to take fruits are not organically grown or those that can cause distension of the tummy due to the fact that they . If possible buy from trusted organic fruit vendors. Examples of these fruits include: banana,strawberry,lemon,apple,pineapple, and lemon.
5) Exercise, exercise, exercise: There are no short fixes to having a flat tummy (except surgery). You can decide to use a personal trainer,or exercise on your own using fitness apps or online exercise programs. One disadvantage of exercising on your own is the tendency to loose motivation, so I advice you get a trainer or a fitness expert that can help you achieve your bikini tummy goals. 6) Fix your digestive system: Get probiotics and digestive enzymes, make sure you are not suffering from constipation. You can fill up on fibres especially bran and psyllium husks, a combination of these two types of fiber give the best result. Greek yogurts and unsweetened yogurts can serve a a source of probiotics.
7) Handle Stress: Yup, this is very compulsory. I try to have at least 7 hours of sleep every night if possible and during the day I try to sneak in some deep breathing exercises. Increased stress level can cause an increase in cortisol and this ultimately makes it difficult to achieve that sexy bikini tummy you are working on.
8) Stop taking alcohol: Sadly you have to stay off alcohol at least while trying to get in shape.
I hope these tips would help you get that sexy tummy you want, have in mind that progress varies from individual to individual as genetics play a big role, however this should not discourage you. Remember that once you can think about it you definitely can achieve it. Stay blessed and stay fit.
